Physical Standards (Mandatory for Uniformed Posts):

For roles like Sub-Inspector, ASI, and Constable, the following standards are strictly enforced:

• Height (Male): 5 Feet 6 Inches.

• Height (Female): 5 Feet 4 Inches.

• Chest (Male only): 33" x 34.5".

• Running (Male): 1.6 km in 7 minutes.

• Running (Female): 1.6 km in 10 minutes.

Age Limit & Relaxation:
For Sub-Inspector (Investigation) the age limit is 

• General Age Range: 18-25 + 5 = 30 years 

• Federal Age Relaxation: As per Government of Pakistan rules, a general relaxation of 5 years is typically included, extending the upper age limit to 33 years for most categories.

• Special Relaxation: Candidates from Balochistan, Sindh (Rural), and Ex-FATA often qualify for an additional 3 years of relaxation.
