1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Less than 25% of the course, book, or material has been accessed, downloaded, or completed.
- The product is materially different from the description provided on our website.
- A duplicate transaction has occurred due to a technical error.
- The product has not been delivered due to a system failure on our end.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for a refund:
- Free access content, including complimentary courses, notes, or materials (since no payment was made).
- Downloaded PDFs, eBooks, or digital notes once the file has been successfully accessed or saved.
- Completed courses (more than 25% accessed or completed).
- Test series or mock tests that have been started.
- Items purchased during a special sale, promotional offer, or using a coupon code (unless required by law).
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional credits.
- Subscription-based services after the first billing cycle.
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
3. Refund Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order/Invoice number
- Name of the product (course/book/notes)
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable)
Step 2: Review
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. We may contact you for additional information to verify the claim.
Step 3: Approval & Processing
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Note: The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Bundle purchases where only specific items are eligible for refund.
- Subscription cancellations where only the unused portion of the current billing period applies.
- Technical issues that prevented access for a limited time during the subscription period.
5. Free Access Content
As Jobs Test Preparation provides free access to certain courses, books, notes, and helping material, no refund applies to these items. By accessing free content, you agree that:
- The content is provided "as is" without any warranty.
- No monetary refund is applicable since no payment was made.
- Free access may be revoked at any time for misuse or violation of terms.
6. Cancellations
- You may cancel a subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
7. Chargebacks
Important: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably.

9. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies, duplicate payments, or system errors), we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside the standard policy. Such decisions are final and made on a case-by-case basis.
